Karmvirsingh Rajpurohit is Director & Managing Partner at Conlecta Capital Advisors Private Limited. Prior to starting Conlecta Capital Advisors, Mr. Rajpurohit was heading the real estate investment banking division at Right Meridian Pacific Capital Limited and was director at Princeton Consultants, a niche real estate focused investment bank.
Work Experience : Mr. Rajpurohit has over 10 years of work experience in real estate and private equity and has been earlier associated with private equity funds like Kshitiji, the real estate fund of Future group, IL&FS Investment Managers Limited, a USD 2.5 Billion private equity fund and Solitaire Capital, a Singapore based-India focused real estate venture capital fund at various capacities. He is also partner in Karmvir Constructions (P) ltd; a real estate development firm based out of Gujarat & has also done independent consulting assignments for efinancialcareers.com, UK and Medialive, France and currently is advisor to a US based Hedge fund.
Degrees :Mr. Rajpurohit holds a Bachelors degree in CivilEngineering from National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur and has a JD (Joint Degree – MBA (Finance) +MS (Real Estate Economics and Finance)) from London School of Economics (LSE) and HEC-Paris.
